OK I am officially sick of the hospital! I think I have done my time.... Noah started losing weight about 2 weeks ago every week a nurse would come and weigh him and he would lose a couple ounces so by Thursday of last week he was 8lbs and running a fever so I took him into the doc where they did some blood work and put a catheter in to get a urine sample to rule out a uti. After I got back from the lab The doctors had talked and decided to put him in the hospital for 48 hours YEAH! That's when I wished I could run out of there and never come back, but I knew Noah was sick and we needed to find out something so I took him over to Af where they tourchered him with the iv and finally decided he was so dehydrated to put it in his little hand or foot so they put it in his head, Which looks so crazy but you actually have less nerves in your head then your hands so he didnt mind that and they even drew blood from his head. All said and done he had a viral infection so they put him on rosephine (for the infection) and pervacid ( for acid reflects) and put me on human fortifier for my breast milk so I am sad to say I am not allowed to nurse my baby only pump and put this powder stuff in it. I did talk the doc into letting me nurse him twice a day, I just couldnt give it up I tried so hard this time to nurse him and I still wanted to have that boned I know you can boned other ways but seriously this is like the beggist stress reliver for me. So Hopefully fridays weigh in he will have gained some weight:)

More Hospital fun!

Just so you know... he's still your baby and it's OKAY to NOT listen to the dr. sometimes. Seriously... who does he think he is telling you you can't nurse or you can only nurse an alotted number of times a day?!!? Tell him to stick it and nurse your baby.
